These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and OrderFlow Trader Lab ("we", "us", "our"), registered as Orvian Digital Enterprise, Malaysia.
By buying, downloading, installing or using our software, by enrolling in the course, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
Our Privacy Policy and the risk disclosures published on this site form part of this agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for making sure that using trading software and taking trading education is lawful where you live, and that you comply with the rules of your broker and any regulator that applies to you.
Depending on the package you buy, your purchase may include:
The specific contents, seat count and update period are those shown on the product page at the time of your purchase.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software for your own trading, on the number of machines stated with your purchase. You are buying a licence to use the software; you are not buying the software itself.
The software validates your licence key with our server. Keeping that validation working is a condition of the licence. If you change computers, contact us and we will move your seat.
Unless your order says otherwise, the licence is for one person. It may not be shared between traders, firms, prop desks or trading rooms.

Breaching this section terminates your licence immediately and without refund.
Our indicators are add-ons for NinjaTrader 8. You need a working NinjaTrader 8 installation and a data feed that supplies tick-by-tick trade data. NinjaTrader and your data feed are separate products from separate companies, bought and paid for separately by you.
You are responsible for checking compatibility before you buy. We are not liable if NinjaTrader, your data feed, your broker or your operating system changes in a way that affects the software, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep it working.
Prices are shown on the product page and are payable in full at checkout unless a payment plan is offered. Prices may include or exclude tax depending on your location; any applicable VAT or sales tax is shown before you pay.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already placed. If you are on a recurring plan, we will give you reasonable notice before a price change takes effect and you may cancel before it does.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend your licence and course access until the balance is settled.
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please make sure the products meet your needs before you buy. If you believe you were charged in error, email us from the address you bought with and tell us your order reference.
Because the software is delivered digitally and unlocked immediately, and because the course content is available as soon as you enrol, statutory cancellation rights for digital content may not apply once you have downloaded or accessed the material. Where a legal right of withdrawal does apply to you, nothing in this section limits it.
We may decline a refund where we have evidence of licence sharing, piracy, chargeback abuse or repeated buy-and-refund behaviour.
We are not a broker, an investment adviser, a commodity trading advisor or a financial institution, and we are not registered as any of those. Nothing we publish, sell or say is personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
Our indicators display order flow that already exists in the data your feed provides. They do not forecast prices and they do not place, manage or size trades. Every decision you make in your account is yours alone, taken at your own risk.
Trading futures and forex carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose all of your initial investment, and in some cases more. Only risk capital should be used for trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any performance figures, examples, chart illustrations or trade walkthroughs shown by us or by other customers are hypothetical or historical, should not be taken as typical, and carry no guarantee that you will achieve anything similar. Course access is personal to you and lasts for the period stated at purchase. We may add, revise or retire lessons as the material develops.
In the support channel and any community space, please keep it civil and on topic. Do not post other people's licence keys or paid material, do not solicit or advertise, do not offer signals or managed accounts, and do not harass other members. We may remove content and revoke access for breaches, without refund.
All software, source code, course videos, written material, graphics, branding and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you grant us a free, perpetual, worldwide right to use them to improve our products, with no obligation to you.
NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. No NinjaTrader company has any affiliation with the owner, developer or provider of the products described here, or any interest or ownership in them, and none endorses, recommends or approves them.
Our products depend on services we do not control, including NinjaTrader, your data feed, your broker, our payment processor and any linked platform. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, accuracy or conduct, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
Where we link to third-party sites or recommend a data feed, we may receive a commission. That never changes what you pay, and it does not make us responsible for what those companies do.
We aim to keep the site, the licence server and the course platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control.
Support is provided through the channels listed on this site, in English, on a reasonable-efforts basis during normal business days. Support covers installation, licensing and how our tools work. It does not extend to trading advice, to configuring third-party software, or to reviewing your trades.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the software, course and site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the data displayed will be accurate or complete, or that using it will produce any particular trading result.
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing here limits those rights.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software, course or site — whether or not we were told such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims connected to these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the software or course material, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence and access if you breach these terms, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to by law.
On termination, your right to use the software and course ends and you must uninstall and delete all copies. Sections 9, 11, 14, 15, 16 and 18 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and courts available to you where you live.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and the risk disclosures, are the entire agreement between us.
We may update these terms as our products or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced by email or by notice on this site. Continuing to use the products after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
